Common use of Duties of the Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar Clause in Contracts

Duties of the Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar. Each of the Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and the Registrar shall be obliged to perform such duties, and only such duties, as are herein specifically set forth, and no implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Indenture against it. No provision of this Indenture shall require the Paying Agent, the Transfer Agent or the Registrar to expend or risk its own funds or otherwise incur any financial liability in the performance of any of its duties, or in the exercise of its rights and powers, hereunder.
