Common use of Duties of Adviser Clause in Contracts

Duties of Adviser. (a) The Adviser has entered into an Amended and Restated Advisory Agreement dated April 30, 2012 with the Company relating to the Portfolio (the “Advisory Agreement”). The Adviser shall continue to have responsibility for all services to be provided to the Portfolio pursuant to the Advisory Agreement and shall oversee and review the Sub-Adviser’s performance of its duties under this Agreement.

Duties of Adviser. (a) The Adviser has entered into an Amended and Restated Advisory Agreement dated April 30, 2012 with the Company relating to the Portfolio Portfolios (the “Advisory Agreement”). The Adviser shall continue to have responsibility for all services to be provided to the Portfolio Portfolios pursuant to the Advisory Agreement and shall oversee and review the Sub-Adviser’s performance of its duties under this Agreement.

The Adviser shall continue to have responsibility for all services to be provided to the Portfolio pursuant to the Advisory Agreement and shall oversee and review the Sub-Adviser’s performance of its duties under this Agreement.

The Adviser shall continue to have responsibility for all services to be provided to the Portfolio pursuant to the Advisory Agreement and shall oversee and review the Sub-Adviser’s performance of its duties under this Agreement.

Duties of Adviser. (a) The Adviser has entered into an Amended and Restated Advisory Agreement dated April 30March 8, 2012 2011 with the Company relating to the Portfolio Subsidiary (the “Advisory Agreement”). The Adviser shall continue to have responsibility for all services to be provided to the Portfolio Subsidiary pursuant to the Advisory Agreement and shall oversee and review the Sub-Adviser’s performance of its duties under this Agreement.
