Common use of Duties; Extent of Service Clause in Contracts

Duties; Extent of Service. (a) During the Employment, Employee shall serve as an employee of the Company with the title and position of Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity, Employee shall have the authority and responsibility customarily associated with such position in a company of the size and nature of the Company. Employee shall report directly and solely to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) or any successor in interest to the Company. Employee hereby accepts such employment, agrees to serve the Company in the capacity indicated, and agrees to use Employee’s best efforts in, and devote Employee’s full working time, attention, skill and energies to, the advancement of the interests of the Company and its subsidiaries and the performance of Employee’s duties and responsibilities hereunder.

Employee hereby accepts such employment, agrees to serve the Company in the capacity indicated, and agrees to use Employee’s best efforts in, and devote Employee’s full working time, attention, skill and energies to, the advancement of the interests of the Company and its subsidiaries and the performance of Employee’s duties and responsibilities hereunder.

In this capacity, Employee shall have all the authority and responsibility customarily associated with such position in a company of the size and nature of the Company. Employee shall report directly and solely to the Board of Directors Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Board”) or any successor in interest to the Company. Employee hereby accepts such employment, agrees to serve the Company in the capacity indicated, and agrees to use Employee’s best efforts in, and devote Employee’s full working time, attention, skill and energies to, the advancement of the interests of the Company and its subsidiaries and the performance of Employee’s duties and responsibilities hereunder.

In this capacity, Employee shall have all the authority and responsibility customarily associated with such position in a company of the size and nature of the Company. Employee shall report directly and solely to the Board of Directors Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Board”) or any successor in interest to the Company. Employee hereby accepts such employment, agrees to serve the Company in the capacity indicated, and agrees to use Employee’s best efforts in, and devote Employee’s full working time, attention, skill and energies to, the advancement of the interests of the Company and its subsidiaries and the performance of Employee’s duties and responsibilities hereunder.

In this capacity, Employee shall have all the authority and responsibility customarily associated with such position in a company of the size and nature of the Company. Employee shall report directly and solely to the Board of Directors Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Board”) or any successor in interest to the Company. Employee hereby accepts such employment, agrees to serve the Company in the capacity indicated, and agrees to use Employee’s best efforts in, and devote Employee’s full working time, attention, skill and energies to, the advancement of the interests of the Company Company, Parent and its their direct and indirect subsidiaries and the performance of Employee’s duties and responsibilities hereunder.

In this capacity, Employee shall have all the authority and responsibility customarily associated with such position in a company of the size and nature of the Company. Employee shall report directly and solely to the Board of Directors Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Board”) or any successor in interest to the Company. Employee hereby accepts such employment, agrees to serve the Company in the capacity indicated, and agrees to use Employee’s best efforts in, and devote Employee’s full working time, attention, skill and energies to, the advancement of the interests of the Company Company, CommScope Holding Company, Inc. (“Parent”) and its their direct and indirect subsidiaries and the performance of Employee’s duties and responsibilities hereunder.
