Duties as Distributor. ISI agrees that all solicitations for subscriptions for Shares shall be made in accordance with the Fund's Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, and its then current Registration Statement, Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information, and shall not at any time or in any manner violate any provisions of the laws of the United States or of any state or other jurisdiction in which solicitations are then being made. In carrying out its obligations hereunder, ISI shall undertake the following actions and responsibilities:
