Duties and Responsibilities of the Trustee. (a) If an Event of Default occurs and is continuing with respect to the Debentures of any series, the Trustee shall exercise the rights and powers vested in it by this Indenture with respect to that series and use the same degree of care and skill in its exercise as a prudent person would exercise or use under the circumstances in the conduct of his or her own affairs.
