DUTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS OF THE TRUST. (a) Each Series of Trust will execute any and all documents, furnish any and all information and otherwise take any and all actions that may be reasonably necessary to register or qualify Units for sale in such states as the Company may designate, and the Series of Trust shall pay all fees and other expenses incurred in connection with such registration or qualification.
