Common use of Duties and Location Clause in Contracts

Duties and Location. Executive shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with the position of CEO and such other duties as are assigned to Executive by the Board. Executive’s primary office location shall be the Company’s headquarters located in San Diego, California. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to (a) reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s duties at places other than Executive’s primary office location from time to time and to require reasonable business travel, and (b) modify Executive’s job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s needs and interests from time to time.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to (a) reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s duties at places other than Executive’s primary office location from time to time and to require reasonable business travel, and (b) modify Executive’s job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s needs and interests from time to time.

Executive shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with the position of CEO Executive Vice President, Research and Pharmaceutical Development and such other duties as are assigned to Executive by the BoardCompany’s Chief Executive Officer. Executive’s primary office location shall be the Company’s headquarters located in San Diego, California. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to (a) reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s duties at places other than Executive’s primary office location from time to time and to require reasonable business travel, and (b) modify Executive’s job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s needs and interests from time to time.

Executive shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with the position of CEO CFO and such other duties as are assigned to Executive by the BoardCompany’s Chief Executive Officer. Executive’s primary office location shall be the Company’s headquarters located in San Diego, California. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to (a) reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s duties at places other than Executive’s primary office location from time to time and to require reasonable business travel, and (b) modify Executive’s job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s needs and interests from time to time.

Executive shall will perform such duties as are customarily associated with the position of CEO and such other duties as are assigned to Executive required by the BoardCompany’s Chief Executive officer to whom Executive will report. Executive shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with the position of CEO Chief Development Officer and such other duties as are assigned to Executive by the BoardPresident and Chief Executive Officer. Executive’s primary office location shall be the Company’s headquarters located in San DiegoIrvine, California. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to (a) reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s duties at places other than Executive’s primary office location from time to time and to require reasonable business travel, and (b) modify Executive’s job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s needs and interests from time to time.

Executive shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with the position of CEO Chief Scientific Officer and such other duties as are assigned to Executive by the BoardCompany’s Chief Executive Officer. Executive’s primary office location shall be the Company’s headquarters located in San Diego, California. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company Board reserves the right to (a) reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s duties at places other than Executive’s primary office location from time to time and to require reasonable business travel, and (b) modify Executive’s job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s needs and interests from time to time.

Executive shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with the position of CEO Senior Vice President, Chief Medical Officer and such other duties as are assigned to Executive by the BoardCompany’s Chief Executive Officer. Executive’s primary office location shall be the Company’s headquarters located in San Diego, California. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to (a) reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s duties at places other than Executive’s primary office location from time to time and to require reasonable business travel, and (b) modify Executive’s job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s needs and interests from time to time.

Executive shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with the position positions of CEO Chief Operating Officer and Chief Scientific Officer of a public company, as well as such additional or other duties and responsibilities as are may be assigned to Executive by Company’s Board of Directors (collectively, the “Board”). Executive’s primary office location shall be the Company’s headquarters located in San Diego, CaliforniaCA. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to (a) reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s duties at places other than Executive’s primary office location from time to time and to require reasonable business travel, and (b) modify Executive’s job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s needs and interests from time to time.

Executive shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with the position of CEO Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and such other duties as are assigned to Executive by the BoardChief Executive Officer. Executive’s primary office location shall be the Company’s headquarters located in South San DiegoFrancisco, California. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to (a) reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s duties at places other than Executive’s primary office location from time to time and to require reasonable business travel, and (b) modify Executive’s job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s needs and interests from time to time.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to (a) reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s duties at places other than Executive’s primary office location from time to time and to require reasonable business travel, and (b) modify Executive’s job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s needs and interests from time to time.

Executive’s primary office location shall be the Company’s headquarters located in San DiegoCalifornia office, Californiaalthough remote locations are acceptable unless and until the board of directors indicates otherwise. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the The Company reserves the right to (a) reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s duties at places other than Executive’s primary office location from time to time time, and to require reasonable business travel, and (b) . The Company may modify Executive’s job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s needs and interests from time to time.

Executive shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with the position of CEO President, Science and Innovation and such other duties as are assigned to Executive by the BoardCompany's Chief Executive Officer. Executive’s 's primary office location shall be the Company’s 's headquarters located in San Diego, California. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to (a) reasonably require Executive to perform Executive’s 's duties at places other than Executive’s 's primary office location from time to time and to require reasonable business travel, and (b) modify Executive’s 's job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s 's needs and interests from time to time.
