During Grievance Clause Samples
The 'During Grievance' clause defines the procedures and expectations that apply while a grievance process is ongoing between parties. Typically, this clause outlines how work, payments, or other contractual obligations should continue or be modified during the resolution of a dispute, such as requiring parties to maintain normal operations or suspending certain actions until the grievance is resolved. Its core function is to provide stability and prevent escalation by ensuring that the relationship between the parties is managed consistently and fairly while the grievance is being addressed.
