Common use of Duration of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Duration of Warrant. Subject to the terms contained herein, this Warrant may be exercised at any time on or before 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the Expiration Date. If this Warrant is not exercised at or before 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the Expiration Date, It shall become void and all rights hereunder shall thereupon cease.
