Common use of Duration of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Duration of Warrant. Subject to the terms contained herein, this Warrant may be exercised at any time after June 23, 1999, and before 5:00 P.M. New York time, on the Expiration Date (or, if such day is not a Business Day, at or before 5:00 P.M. New York time, on the next following Business Day). If this Warrant is not exercised at or before 5:00 P.M., New York time, on the Expiration Date, it shall become void, and all rights hereunder shall thereupon cease.
