Common use of Duration of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Duration of Warrant. The Warrantholder may exercise this Warrant at any time and from time to time after 9:00 a.m., New York time, on ______________, 1998 and before 5:00 p.m., New York time, on the Expiration Date. If this Warrant is not exercised on the Expiration Date, it shall become void, and all rights hereunder shall thereupon cease.

Duration of Warrant. The Warrantholder may exercise this Warrant at any time and from time to time after 9:00 a.m., New York time, on ______________November 21, 1998 and before 5:00 p.m., New York time, on the Expiration DateDate (which is the date five years after the effective date of the Offering).
