Common use of Duration of the Settlement Clause in Contracts

Duration of the Settlement. The Programmatic Relief set forth in this Settlement Agreement and the agreements incorporated herein shall remain binding on the Parties and their agents and successors for a three (3) year period following the Effective Date.

Duration of the Settlement. The Programmatic Relief set forth programmatic relief embodied in this Settlement Agreement and the agreements incorporated herein in it shall remain binding on the Parties and their agents and successors parties for a three (3) three-year period following the Effective Date.
