DURATION OF SERVICE POLICY. This Service Policy will normally cease to apply to all Parts in any Engine that is more than ten years old as measured from the date of shipment of the Engine from the factory. Unless advised to the contrary by IAE, this Service Policy shall, however, continue to be applicable to individual Engines after the expiration of the ten year period on a year to year basis so that the Operator may continue to receive the benefits of the Service Policy on the Parts in these Engines.
