DURATION AND RENEGOTIATION. This Agreement was initially entered into June 24th of 2002, prolonged May 21st of 2007, October 27th of 2009, and in 2011 for a period of 2 years as of today. Hereafter the Agreement is applicable for an indeterminate duration if not cancelled or asked renegotiated by one of the parties. Cancellation or renegotiation must take place with a notice of at least 6 months, and shall be followed by mandatory negotiations initiated by the company.
