Common use of Duration and Modification Clause in Contracts

Duration and Modification. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until April 30, 2022 and shall continue to remain in full force and effect from year to year thereafter unless either party notifies the other in writing of its intention to terminate said Agreement at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.
