DUPLICATION; UPDATES. (a) Fort Xxxx may duplicate the Deposit Materials by any means in order to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement, provided that the Licensee to whom a copy of the Deposit Materials is to be delivered pursuant to the terms hereof shall bear the expense of duplication.
