Duplicating services. The Union shall be allowed the use of the College duplicating services according to the established rates set for customers of the Employer.
Duplicating services. The College will provide duplicating services for Faculty and will provide sufficient staff and equipment to insure the Faculty requests for duplication and processing of materials for regular classroom use (reprints, tests, worksheets, outlines, and lab instructions).
Duplicating services. A requisition indicating the number of copies needed, the date the work is needed, etc., should accompany any materials to be duplicated. While duplicating orders are filled as soon as possible after they have been received, faculty members should allow at least 48 hours for the completion of the work. (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays should not be considered in computing this time allowance.) Duplicated materials pertaining to classroom instruction (examinations, tests, and assignment sheets not included), and exceeding five cumulative pages, may be sold through the Bookstore. In this case, instructors should obtain a purchase requisition from the ▇▇▇▇. This requisition is to be submitted to the Bookstore and the quantity to be duplicated will be established. Printing orders should not exceed a one-year supply. The Bookstore will issue a purchase order to Duplicating Services and assume the expense of the printing and materials. The materials will be sold at cost, plus twenty-five (25) percent. At the end of the fiscal year, the Bookstore will take inventory of the unsold copies. If the material is not to be used in the following school year, the department concerned will be charged at cost per copy, and the material will become the property of the department. Faculty members are free to make alternative arrangements for the purchase of duplicated materials subject to the approval of the ▇▇▇▇.
Duplicating services. The Chapter and its representatives shall have the right to use the College’s duplicating services on the same basis as adjunct faculty members except that the Chapter shall pay for the cost of supplies for such duplicating services at College cost prices.
