Duplicate Residence Allowance Sample Clauses

Duplicate Residence Allowance. The Employer shall pay to the Executive a Duplicate Residence Allowance effective for the lesser of (A) such period as the Executive maintains residences in both Queensbury, NY and northern New Hampshire; or (B) six (6) months. The Duplicate Residence Allowance for any month shall equal the lesser of (Y) Eight Hundred Dollars ($800); or (Z) the Executive's monthly rental or mortgage payment plus the cost of electricity for a northern New Hampshire residence for such month.
