Common use of Duplicate Originals, Execution in Counterpart Clause in Contracts

Duplicate Originals, Execution in Counterpart. All Parties, Plaintiffs’ Counsel and Settling Defendants’ Counsel shall sign three copies of this Agreement and each such copy shall be considered an original. This Agreement may be signed in one or more counterparts. All executed copies of this Agreement, and photocopies thereof (including facsimile copies of the signature pages), shall have the same force and effect and shall be as legally binding and enforceable as the original.
