Duplicate listing. A Participant or their Authorized Affiliate shall not enter a listing for a property in the same property type in the MLS Participant Database at any time when the same property is currently listed. Prior to adding a listing to the system, the listing agent shall check to verify that the property is not already entered in the system. A 3 business day warning period is issued before a fine is incurred. $100 Fine (Section 1.1.1)
