Duplicate Lease. The Landlord shall provide a copy of the Lease, signed by the Landlord and the Tenant, in a digital format (.pdf), to the Tenant’s UTORONTO email within 21 days after the Tenant signs and submits the originally signed Lease to the Landlord. “The University of Toronto respects your privacy.
