Duplicate Billing Sample Clauses

The Duplicate Billing clause is designed to prevent a party from invoicing for the same goods or services more than once. In practice, this clause requires the billing party to ensure that each invoice is unique and corresponds to a distinct delivery of goods or completion of services, and it may obligate them to implement internal controls or verification processes. Its core function is to protect the paying party from being charged multiple times for the same item or service, thereby ensuring accurate and fair financial transactions.
