Dumpsites. CONTRACTOR shall establish and maintain a list of assigned 8 dumpsite locations for every route. Dumpsite locations shall be within the CITY 9 right-of-way and located within a reasonable distance of every route served. To 10 minimize the impact on CITY streets, CONTRACTOR may use the same 11 dumpsite for multiple routes. CONTRACTOR shall obtain the approval of the 12 City Representative for each dumpsite location, and shall use the approved 13 dumpsite whenever the associated route(s) are swept. CONTRACTOR shall 14 clearly post signs at all dumpsites indicating "Residential Street Sweeping Debris 15 Only” to prevent illegal dumping. CONTRACTOR shall utilize Roll-Off Containers 16 at the dumpsites for the collection of Sweep Waste. To the extent feasible the 17 Roll-Off Containers shall be water-tight. All Sweep Waste left at the dumpsite 18 shall be collected and the area shall be swept by CONTRACTOR prior to the end 19 of the Work Day. CONTRACTOR shall use any measures necessary to ensure 20 that no runoff from the debris ends up in the storm water system in accordance 21 with BMP Guidelines for Non-Point Source Pollutants in the publication entitled 22 Storm Water Best Management Practices Handbook for Industrial Commercial.
Dumpsites. The Contractor shall use only debris dumpsite(s) designated by the Department of Public Works Program Manager. The dumpsite operator shall direct all dumping operations. The Contractor shall cooperate with the dumpsite operator to facilitate effective dumping operations. The Government makes no representations regarding the turn-around time at the dumpsites. Contractors are to abide by the working schedule of the dumpsite Operator. Only debris delivered to the DPW-approved dumpsite will be considered for compensation through this contract.
Dumpsites. 5.1 The Contractor shall use only debris dumpsites designated in Section 2.2, unless otherwise approved by the COR. The Contractor shall haul non-burnable debris to the site designated for non-burnable debris and burnable debris to the burn sire designated.

Failure to use a dumpsite or failure to 32 properly maintain a dumpsite shall result in administrative charges as described in 33 Article 18.
