Common use of Dumping Clause in Contracts

Dumping. 1. If a State Party to this Agreement finds that dumping is taking place in trade relations governed by this Agreement, it may take appropriate measures against that practice in accordance with Article VI of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade and the rules established by agreements related to that Article, under the conditions and in accordance with the procedures laid down in Article 23.
