Dues -- Rates and Remittance. The Union shall advise the Employer one month in advance in writing of any changes in the monthly dues. It is agreed that the rate structure of the monthly dues requested shall not require deductions which are incompatible with the Employer payroll system. The Employer agrees to remit the monthly deductions to the Union not later than the fifteenth day of the following month.
