Common use of Due Process Guarantees Clause in Contracts

Due Process Guarantees. a) Any interview or interrogation will be conducted at a reasonable hour, preferably at a time when the officer is on duty. b) The interview or interrogation will take place at the office of the investigating officer. c) Interview and interrogation sessions will be for reasonable periods and will be timed to allow for such personal necessities and rest periods as are reasonably necessary. d) If any officer is under arrest or is likely to be placed under arrest as the result of the interrogation, he or she shall be completely informed of all his or her rights prior to the commencement of the interrogation.
