Common use of Due Diligence Period Clause in Contracts

Due Diligence Period. Buyer shall have from the Effective Date until April 29, 2011 (such period being the “Due Diligence Period”) to physically inspect the Property, review the economic data, conduct appraisals, perform examinations of the physical condition of the Improvements, and to otherwise conduct such due diligence review of the Property in accordance with the terms hereof and a review all of the items to be furnished by Seller to Buyer pursuant to Section 3.3, and all records and other materials related thereto as Buyer deems appropriate.

Due Diligence Period. Buyer shall have from the Effective Date until April 29June 11, 2011 2010 (such period being the “Due Diligence Period”) to physically inspect the Property, review the economic data, underwrite the tenants and review the Leases, conduct appraisals, perform examinations of the physical condition of the Improvements, examine the Property for the presence of Hazardous Materials (as defined below), and to otherwise conduct such due diligence review of the Property in accordance with the terms hereof and a review all of the items to be furnished by Seller to Buyer pursuant to Section 3.33.3 below, and all records and other materials related thereto as Buyer deems appropriate.

Due Diligence Period. Buyer shall have from the Effective Date until April 29, 2011 to the date that is thirty three (such period being 33) days after the Effective Date (the “Due Diligence Period”) to physically inspect the Property, review the economic data, conduct appraisals, perform examinations of the physical condition of the Improvements, examine the Property for the presence of Hazardous Materials (as defined below), and to otherwise conduct such due diligence review of the Property in accordance with the terms hereof and a review all of the items to be furnished by Seller to Buyer pursuant to Section 3.3, and all records and other materials related thereto as Buyer deems appropriate.

Buyer shall have from the Effective Date until April 296:00 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, 2011 September 7, 2016 (such period being the “Due Diligence Period”) to physically inspect the Property, review the economic data, conduct appraisals, perform examinations of the physical condition of the Improvements, conduct environmental inspections of the Property, as permitted in Section 3.1, supra, and to otherwise conduct such due diligence review of the Property in accordance with the terms hereof and a review all of the items to be furnished by Seller to Buyer pursuant to Section 3.3, infra, and all records and other materials related thereto as Buyer deems appropriate.

Buyer shall have from the Effective Date until April 296:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, 2011 September 13, 2016 (such period being the “Due Diligence Period”) to physically inspect the Property, review the economic data, conduct appraisals, perform examinations of the physical condition of the Improvements, conduct environmental inspections of the Property, as permitted in Section 3.1, supra, and to otherwise conduct such due diligence review of the Property in accordance with the terms hereof and a review all of the items to be furnished by Seller to Buyer pursuant to Section 3.3, infra, and all records and other materials related thereto as Buyer deems appropriate.

Buyer shall have a period of thirty (30) days from the Effective Date until April 29, 2011 (such period being the “Due Diligence Period”) to physically inspect the Property, review the economic data, conduct appraisals, perform examinations of the physical condition of the Improvements, examine the Property for the presence of Hazardous Materials (as defined below), and to otherwise conduct such due diligence review of the Property in accordance with the terms hereof and a review all of the items to be furnished by Seller to Buyer pursuant to Section 3.3, and all records and other materials related thereto as Buyer deems appropriate.

Buyer shall have from the Effective Date until April 296:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, 2011 August 23, 2016 (such period being the “Due Diligence Period”) to physically inspect the Property, review the economic data, conduct appraisals, perform examinations of the physical condition of the Improvements, conduct environmental inspections of the Property, as permitted in Section 3.1, supra, and to otherwise conduct such due diligence review of the Property in accordance with the terms hereof and a review all of the items to be furnished by Seller to Buyer pursuant to Section 3.3, infra, and all records and other materials related thereto as Buyer deems appropriate.

Due Diligence Period. Buyer shall have from the Effective Date until April 296:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, 2011 August 10, 2016 (such period being the “Due Diligence Period”) to physically inspect the Property, review the economic data, conduct appraisals, perform examinations of the physical condition of the Improvements, conduct environmental inspections of the Property, as permitted in Section 3.1, supra, and to otherwise conduct such due diligence review of the Property in accordance with the terms hereof and a review all of the items to be furnished by Seller to Buyer pursuant to Section 3.3, infra, and all records and other materials related thereto as Buyer deems appropriate.
