Common use of Due Diligence Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Placement Agent or its agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Placement Agent may reasonably request.

Due Diligence Cooperation. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Placement Distribution Agent or its agents representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Placement Distribution Agent may reasonably request.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company will cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Placement Agent Agents or its agents their respective representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during regular business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Placement Agent Agents may reasonably request.

Each Agent agrees to cooperate with England in connection with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by such Agent or its respective representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
