Common use of Due Diligence and Other Documents Clause in Contracts

Due Diligence and Other Documents. (i) Within thirty (30) days of the execution of this Agreement, the Investor shall have completed all desired due diligence investigations with respect to the Company and its assets (including, but not limited to, the Intellectual Property), business and operations and shall have concluded in good faith that such investigations have revealed no facts or circumstances, including facts or circumstances that are disclosed herein or in any exhibit hereto, which could reasonably have a Material Adverse Effect on the Company; and
