Common use of Due Diligence and Other Documents Clause in Contracts

Due Diligence and Other Documents. The Borrowers shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent such other documents, certificates and opinions as the Managing Agents reasonably request, including without limitation copies of each document evidencing or governing the Subordinated Debt, certified by a secretary or assistant secretary of the applicable Borrower as a true and correct copy thereof.
