Due Diligence and Other Documents. The Borrower shall have delivered to the Agents such other documents and certificates as the Agents may reasonably request sufficiently prior to the Closing Date to permit the delivery thereof, all certified by a secretary or assistant secretary of the General Partner on behalf of the Borrower as a true and correct copy thereof.
