DUAL POSITIONS. If an employee applies for a dual position, he/she cannot use the seniority from the first position as a means of obtaining a “second position” dual position. * Qualifications – See Appendix A
DUAL POSITIONS. Dual contract employees must notify the supervisor of each classification in which the employee holds a position of any absences, tardiness, vacation or other reason for non-attendance. Failure to do so will result in discipline.
DUAL POSITIONS. In the event that a supervisory detention officer is not available for duty the Service Provider should provide a full-time supervisor as a replacement. A contract employee shall not hold the position of Detention Officer and Supervisory Detention Officer simultaneously. The COTR will document and refer to the Contracting Officer the failure of the Service Provider to provide necessary personnel to cover positions.
DUAL POSITIONS. For dual positions, paid vacation time is earned, allocated, and used in each separate position. A dual position employee may use vacation time earned in one position, on their other position, with the permission of both supervisors.
