DSHS. DSHS currently has an inventory of approximately 10,500 assets, Dell desktops and laptops in use, along with approximately 300 tablets.
DSHS. Management and general supervision for this Agreement is the responsibility of DSHS. 1. The CCLS Chief is the only authorized DSHS personnel who may sign amendments(s) and authorize changes to the Total Reimbursement and Period of Performance. 2. An employee of DSHS’s Office of Capital Programs, acting as the, Project Representative, shall perform day-to-day management of this Contract for DSHS. The Project Representative will approve all requests for payment, authorize termination or modification of the Predevelopment Activities set forth in Exhibit A, and approve in writing changes to the task budgets set forth in Exhibit B, provided the changes do not increase the Total Reimbursement or Period of Performance. The Project Representative shall also be responsible for determining when Developer has satisfactorily performed all work and for ensuring that Developer complies with all provisions of this Agreement.
DSHS. DSHS administers the SNAP program pursuant to 7 U.S. Code Chapter 51 and maintains Medicaid records under Title XIX of the Social Security Act on behalf of the Health Care Authority. DSHS is responsible for the administration of public assistance programs pursuant to Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 74.04.050. DSHS maintains the case records and confidential personally identifiable information (PII) of individual applicants and recipients for SNAP and Medicaid and will not release any information from a recipient’s case record beyond the binary yes/no response described in section IV.B. of this Agreement.
