DSA CONTRACT Clause Samples
A DSA (Data Sharing Agreement) contract is a legal document that outlines the terms and conditions under which data is shared between parties. It typically specifies what data will be shared, the purposes for which it can be used, security measures, confidentiality obligations, and the rights and responsibilities of each party. For example, a DSA contract may govern the sharing of customer information between two companies for joint research or marketing purposes. The core function of this clause is to ensure that data sharing is conducted in a controlled, secure, and legally compliant manner, thereby protecting the interests of all parties involved and mitigating risks related to data misuse or breaches.
