Common use of DS1 Loop Clause in Contracts

DS1 Loop. A digital transmission channel, between the main distribution frame (or its equivalent) in an end user’s serving wire center and the demarcation point at the end user customer's premises, having a total digital signal speed of 1.544 megabytes per second, that Verizon is required to provide (if at all) under the Amended Agreement, including, but not limited to (to the extent Verizon is required to provide them under the Amended Agreement), two-wire and four-wire copper loops capable of providing high-bit rate digital subscriber line services, including T1 services.
