DS Variable Percentage Sample Clauses
The DS Variable Percentage clause establishes a mechanism for determining a percentage rate that can fluctuate based on predefined criteria or external factors. In practice, this clause might apply to payments, royalties, or fees that are calculated as a percentage of sales, revenue, or another metric, with the actual percentage subject to change according to market conditions, performance thresholds, or periodic review. DS Variable Percentage. The percentage of DS Supply provided at a variable price, as set forth in Appendix C hereto.
