Common use of Drywall Compound Clause in Contracts

Drywall Compound. Effective May 1, 2016, the rate for compound charged to the subcontractor by the employer shall reflect the manufacturers’ list increase/ decrease that occurred during the previous calendar year, not to exceed $1.00 per year. Such increase/decrease shall be applied to the 2015 charge of eighteen dol- lars and ninety-four cents ($18.94) plus Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) for a box of drywall compound.

Such increase/decrease shall be applied to the 2015 2019 charge of eighteen dol- lars twenty one dollars and ninety-four cents ($18.9421.94) plus Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) for a box of drywall compound.
