Common use of Drug Laws Clause in Contracts

Drug Laws. Except as could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, no Borrower is in violation of or subject to any existing, pending or, to the knowledge of any Responsible Officer, overtly threatened investigation or inquiry by any Governmental Authority under any applicable Drug Laws. Each Borrower will promptly notify Bank if any Borrower becomes aware of any such pending or threatened investigation or inquiry. Each Borrower has obtained all Governmental Approvals required under any Drug Laws and relating to the operation of each Borrower’s business (except to the extent the failure to obtain the same could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect).
