Dropshipping Clause Samples

The Dropshipping clause defines the terms under which a seller may fulfill customer orders by shipping products directly from a third-party supplier rather than from their own inventory. This clause typically outlines the responsibilities of the seller regarding order processing, communication with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to the end customer. It may also address issues such as product quality control, handling returns, and liability for lost or damaged goods. The core function of this clause is to clarify the operational framework and risk allocation for dropshipping arrangements, ensuring all parties understand their roles and obligations in the supply chain.
