DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES. 1. Bus drivers, when assigned to special trips, will remain with said trip from the time of departure until the time of return, except for meals. 2. Special trip drivers shall be permitted, upon arrival, to leave for a period not to exceed one (l) hour for meals, provided at least one driver remains with the busses; and furthermore, the meal does not delay the departure of the trip. This release must be used specifically for the meal. 3. When one driver is involved in a special trip, he/she, prior to leaving for the meal, shall notify the person in charge of the place to contact the driver in case of need.
