Drilling Standard Clause Samples

The Drilling Standard clause sets the minimum technical and operational requirements that must be met during drilling activities under a contract. It typically outlines the industry standards, best practices, and specific procedures that the contractor must follow, such as safety protocols, equipment specifications, and quality benchmarks. By establishing clear expectations for drilling performance, this clause ensures that work is conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations, thereby reducing the risk of accidents, substandard work, or disputes over quality.
