The Drilling Reports clause requires the party conducting drilling operations to regularly provide detailed reports on the progress and status of drilling activities. These reports typically include information such as depth reached, equipment used, encountered formations, and any incidents or delays. By mandating consistent and transparent communication, this clause ensures that all stakeholders are kept informed, facilitating oversight, timely decision-making, and effective project management.
Drilling Reports. Promptly upon the receipt thereof, but in any event no later than 4:00 p.m. New York time on the next succeeding Business Day after such receipt, a copy or electronic copy of all drilling and recompletion reports received by any Note Party or Affiliate of any Note Party;
Drilling Reports. Contractor shall each day furnish Operator’s designated representative two (2) signed copies of daily drilling reports in detail on standard IADC-API Daily Drilling Report form, or equivalent, furnished by Contractor, and Contractor agrees to maintain copies of the Daily Drilling Reports for a minimum of two (2) years. This report shall specifically include details of time breakdown on all operations and a clear description of all operations, including lost time, repairs, difficulties, accidents, measurements of pipe, mud material used each day (both bulk and sack), diesel inventory, complete bit information, as well as bulk cement used each day, and tests and properties of drilling fluids each tour. Contractor shall also furnish such additional data as may be reasonably required by Operator.
Drilling Reports. (i) On a weekly basis during any period in which the Credit Parties are conducting drilling activities on the Oil and Gas Properties (and otherwise on a monthly basis), reports on active field operations, including but not limited to any drilling, completions, well workovers, installation, modification or repair of surface facilities and flowlines, and pipeline hookups, including information related to pipe depth, completion percentage, updated spud date or date of first production (as applicable) and such other information as may be reasonably requested, in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders; and
(ii) On a weekly basis while flowback crews are flowing initial production (and otherwise on a monthly basis), weekly (or monthly, as applicable) production reports, on a well by well and cumulative basis for all ▇▇▇▇▇ then in production; provided, that such reports with respect to Oil and Gas Properties that are not operated by a Credit Party shall be provided by Borrower as promptly as practicable so long as Borrower is using commercially reasonable efforts (which include the exercise of such Credit Party’s information rights under any joint operating agreement or similar agreement relating to such Oil and Gas Properties) to obtain such reports or other information from such operator;
Drilling Reports. Solaris agrees to follow other notice requirements and provisions set forth on Exhibit "I". Solaris agrees to furnish to NPG daily drilling reports and other information as described in Exhibit "I". The Parties agree that such daily reports are proprietary and confidential to Solaris and NPG. During and immediately after the drilling of a Well, NPG shall have the opportunity to examine Well cuttings, test data, and electrical logs.

As soon as available, and in any event within twenty (20) days after the end of each month, reports on active field operations on a field and well basis, as applicable, including but not limited to any drilling, completions, well workovers, installation, modification or repair of surface facilities and flowlines, and pipeline hookups, including a "daily drilling report", as applicable, and information related to pipe depth, completion percentage, perforation intervals, updated spud date or date of first production (as applicable), flow-rates, upon request copies of any well logs across the pay sectors and such other information as may be reasonably requested, in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent (including a discussion of any current material operating problems with any wells and any proposed solutions and any material technical studie▇ ▇▇▇ducted during the month).
