Drawings & Specifications. a) One set of the Drawings & Specifications and schedule of quantities shall be furnished by Engineer to Contractor. Such copies shall be kept on the works and Engineer and his representatives shall at all reasonable times have access to the same. They shall be returned to the Engineer by Contractor along with the final bill of the Contract. b) Matter shown either on the drawings or in the specifications shall be executed/ furnished as if shown in both except where specific provision is made in the drawings superseding the specifications.
