Drawdown Date. The date on which any Loan is made or is to be made, and the date on which any Loan which is made prior to the Maturity Date is converted in accordance with §4.1.
Drawdown Date. The date on which any Revolving Credit Loan is made or is to be made, and the date on which any Revolving Credit Loan is converted or continued in accordance with §2.7.
Drawdown Date. Except to the extent, if any, specified by notice actually received by the Agent prior to the Drawdown Date specified above, the foregoing representations and warranties shall be deemed to have been made by the Borrower on and as of such Drawdown Date.
