Disclosures; Prohibited Interests Independent of whether Consultant is required to file a Form 700, Consultant warrants and represents that it has disclosed to City any economic interests held by Consultant, or its employees or subcontractors who will be performing the Required Services, in any real property or project which is the subject of this Agreement. Consultant warrants and represents that it has not employed or retained any company or person, other than a bona fide employee or approved subcontractor working solely for Consultant, to solicit or secure this Agreement. Further, Consultant warrants and represents that it has not paid or agreed to pay any company or person, other than a bona fide employee or approved subcontractor working solely for Consultant, any fee, commission, percentage, brokerage fee, gift or other consideration contingent upon or resulting from the award or making of this Agreement. Consultant further warrants and represents that no officer or employee of City, has any interest, whether contractual, non-contractual, financial or otherwise, in this transaction, the proceeds hereof, or in the business of Consultant or Consultant’s subcontractors. For breach or violation of any of these warranties, City shall have the right to rescind this Agreement without liability.
Unbundled Copper Loop – Non-Designed (UCL-ND 2.4.3.1 The UCL–ND is provisioned as a dedicated 2-wire metallic transmission facility from BellSouth’s Main Distribution Frame (MDF) to a customer’s premises (including the NID). The UCL-ND will be a “dry copper” facility in that it will not have any intervening equipment such as load coils, repeaters, or digital access main lines (DAMLs), and may have up to 6,000 feet of bridged tap between the End User’s premises and the serving wire center. The UCL-ND typically will be 1300 Ohms resistance and in most cases will not exceed 18,000 feet in length, although the UCL-ND will not have a specific length limitation. For Loops less than 18,000 feet and with less than 1300 Ohms resistance, the Loop will provide a voice grade transmission channel suitable for Loop start signaling and the transport of analog voice grade signals. The UCL-ND will not be designed and will not be provisioned with either a DLR or a test point.

Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.
