Drafts; Safekeeping. U.S. Bank shall deliver to you from time to time blank draft forms. You shall hold all such draft forms and completed drafts in safekeeping until their use in an authorized transaction by your authorized personnel. You shall destroy all canceled or otherwise used forms and notify U.S. Bank in accordance with the procedures.
