Drafting Procedure. The Company shall offer the option to accept or refuse a draft to available Flight Attendants in seniority order. Should the senior Flight Attendant(s) decline the draft, the most junior Flight Attendant(s) available shall be required to accept it.
Drafting Procedure. The Company shall offer the option to accept or refuse a draft to available Employees in seniority order. Should the senior Employee(s) decline the draft, the most junior Employee(s) available shall be required to accept it. The order of such an assignment shall be:
a) Employees on a non-GDO in reverse order of seniority;
b) Employees on a GDO in reverse order of seniority.
