Drafting of Documents. The Parties collectively have prepared this Agreement, and none of the provisions hereof shall be construed against one Party on the grounds that such Party is the author of this Agreement or any part hereof.
Drafting of Documents. Lender and Borrowers hereby acknowledge and agree that all of the terms, conditions, covenants and provisions of this Agreement and the Loan Documents have been negotiated in good faith, and further agree that the rule of law that states that any ambiguity or contradictions between the terms therein will be resolved against the drafter of such contract is hereby waived and shall not apply to the interpretation of this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents. To the extent that there are any conflicts among the other Loan Documents, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail. (r)
