Drafting Aids. As an aid to more thorough announcement of the terms of temporary orders or settlement agreements in divorce cases, the forms set forth in Appendix A and Appendix B are provided. Appendix A addresses common issues to be made a part of temporary orders. Appendix B addresses common issues to be addressed in final settlement of divorce cases. Each can be used as a checklist. Each is also designed to be used "on site" to memorialize an agreement and be filed with the court.
