Common use of DRAFTED BY THE PARTIES Clause in Contracts

DRAFTED BY THE PARTIES. In the event of a dispute, this AGREEMENT shall be interpreted in accordance with its fair meaning and shall not be interpreted for or against any PARTY hereto on the ground that such PARTY drafted or caused to be drafted this AGREEMENT or any part thereof. Accordingly, the PARTIES agree that the normal rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting PARTY shall not be employed in the interpretation of this AGREEMENT.
